Transparency report.
Monthly aggregate summaries of grievances received and action taken, published under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. The reporting framework and grievance channels are described on the Grievance Redressal page.
Monthly reports
Each report covers one calendar month and aggregates grievances received through the designated grievance channels, together with the action taken. Where the number of grievances received in a period is below a statistically meaningful threshold, the report so states rather than publishing counts that could identify individual complainants.
| Reporting period | Grievances received | Action taken | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| July 2026 | Below the statistically meaningful publication threshold | Not separately published for below-threshold periods (see note below) | Published |
| June 2026 | Below the statistically meaningful publication threshold | Not separately published for below-threshold periods (see note below) | Published |
| May 2026 | Below the statistically meaningful publication threshold | Not separately published for below-threshold periods (see note below) | Published |
Reports for subsequent months are added to this page on or before the 15th day of the following month. For the escalation matrix, grievance officer contact details and response timelines, see the Grievance Redressal page. Appeals may also be made to the Grievance Appellate Committee at gac.gov.in.
