2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the PixelAPI service
• Process payments and manage credits
• Send transactional emails (account creation, API key, receipts)
• Monitor and improve system performance
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive usage

3. Data Retention

• Uploaded images/files: Input files are deleted immediately after job completion (within 60 seconds). Generated output files (images, audio, video) are accessible via URL for up to 24 hours, then automatically deleted from our servers.
• Generated outputs: Available for download for 24 hours, then permanently deleted.
• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted 30 days after account cancellation.
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations.

4. Third-Party Services

• Razorpay: Payment processing. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: DNS and DDoS protection.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request account and data deletion at any time
