Summary: PixelAPI offers both one-time credit purchases and monthly subscription plans (via PayPal). You can cancel your subscription or account at any time. All purchases are final — no refunds. See our

1. Payment Plans
PixelAPI offers two types of purchases:
- One-time credit top-ups: Pay once, credits are added immediately. No recurring charges.
- Monthly subscription plans (PayPal): Available for international customers — Starter, Pro, and Scale plans billed monthly via PayPal. Credits are renewed each billing cycle.
- Indian customers (Razorpay): Credit purchases via UPI, cards, or netbanking. No automatic renewals.
2. Subscription Cancellation (PayPal)
If you are on a monthly PayPal subscription, you may cancel at any time:
- Cancel directly from your PayPal account under Payments → Manage Automatic Payments, or
- Email [email protected] and we will cancel it on your behalf within 1 business day.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- Credits allocated for the current billing period remain usable until your plan expiry date (30 days from the last payment).
- Credits are not refundable upon cancellation. All subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period — unused credits are not carried over to the next month or converted to cash.
- No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your PixelAPI account at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Cancellation".
- Account cancellations are processed within 2 business days.
- Upon cancellation, your API keys will be deactivated immediately.
- All credits are non-refundable upon cancellation. Remaining credits (one-time or subscription) are usable until your plan expiry date, after which they expire. No cash refunds are issued.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation before permanent deletion, in compliance with applicable laws.
4. API Key Cancellation
Individual API keys can be revoked at any time from your account dashboard without cancelling your account. Credits remain available for use with new keys.
5. Service Cancellation by PixelAPI
PixelAPI reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts that:
- Violate our Terms & Conditions
- Engage in abusive or fraudulent usage
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the API
In such cases, unused credits will not be refunded.
