Why the parallel-jobs limit matters more than the credit count. Every job takes the same GPU time on every plan, so the only way to process a batch faster is to run jobs at the same time. Free processes 3 images at once, Starter 10, Pro 20 and Scale 50: a 100-image batch that takes ~35 minutes one-by-one finishes in ~2 minutes on Pro. See Run jobs in parallel for copy-paste code.

Purchased credits are valid for 30 days. If you renew or top up before expiry, balance carries forward.
Free-tier REST API access lasts 24 hours from account creation. After that, generation calls return HTTP 402 (api_trial_ended_subscribe) until you subscribe (minimum Starter). Remaining trial credits and the 7-day Web Studio/Lensora trial do not extend API access. See the Terms.
Yes. Free-tier REST API access is capped at 100 credits per individual tool during the 24-hour trial window. Once you reach 100 credits on any tool via API, further API calls for that tool return HTTP 402 (api_tool_trial_cap_reached). To continue using that tool via API, subscribe to a paid plan. You can continue using other tools via API (up to 100 credits each), or use Web Studio and Lensora under your 7-day trial allowance. External provider tools are excluded from the free trial.
No. After the 24-hour REST API trial, API usage requires an active monthly plan. A top-up adds credits but does not replace that plan. Web Studio and Lensora keep their separate 7-day trial. The checkout asks you to confirm this before payment.
