This Privacy Policy explains how Creative Horns ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Lensora mobile application ("Lensora" or "the App") on Android. Lensora is a creator tools app — it lets you generate, edit, and enhance images, videos, and audio with AI.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account info: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, your Google account ID, your name, and your profile picture URL. We use these to create and identify your Lensora account.
- Inputs you submit: photos, videos, audio, and text prompts you give the App so it can produce a result.
- Payment info: if you upgrade to Lensora Pro, our payment processor (Razorpay, Google Play Billing, or PayPal depending on the channel you use) collects payment details. We do not store your card or bank details — only the transaction ID and outcome.
2.2 Information generated automatically
- Usage telemetry: anonymous metrics like which tools you used, success/failure of generations, and approximate processing time. Used to keep the service running and improve quality.
- Diagnostic data: crash logs and error reports — automatically scrubbed of personal identifiers — used to fix bugs.
- Device info: Android version, device model, app version. Used to ship compatible updates.
2.3 Information we do not collect
- We do not access your device's contacts, calendar, microphone (unless you explicitly grant it for a specific recording feature), SMS, or call history.
- We do not show third-party advertisements inside the App.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the service: process your inputs and return results, manage your account, deliver Pro features.
- To bill and support you: process payments, respond to support emails, send transactional emails (receipts, account changes).
- To keep the service safe: detect abuse, fraud, and content violating our Terms.
- To improve the App: aggregate, anonymized analysis of usage patterns to decide what to build next.
4. How long we keep your data
- Generated outputs (images, videos, audio you create): stored on our servers for 24 hours from generation, then automatically deleted. Save copies you want to keep to your device or cloud.
- Account info: kept for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Transactional records: retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance, as required by Indian law.
- Diagnostic logs: retained for up to 90 days, then purged.
5. Sharing with third parties
We share information only with service providers that are essential to running Lensora, under contracts that restrict their use of your data:
- Google: for sign-in and Play Billing.
- Razorpay / PayPal: for non-Play payment channels.
- Cloud and email providers: GoDaddy / Google Workspace for transactional email.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other unrelated third parties.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and all associated personal data.
- Export your account data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the legality of processing already done.

7. Children
Lensora is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
8. Security
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Account credentials are hashed (never stored in plaintext) using industry-standard algorithms. Generated outputs are stored on access-controlled object storage and purged on the schedule above. We follow defense-in-depth practices, but no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
Our servers are located in India and Singapore. By using Lensora, you consent to your information being processed in these jurisdictions, which may differ from your country of residence.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
